Festive Food
Festive Menu
Celebrate the season with our Festive Set Menu. Served Monday – Saturday from 24th November until 23rd December, and again from 27th to 30th December. Choose two-courses for £37 or three for £45 with Christmas classics and popular puddings to finish.
A £25 deposit is required for groups of 6+ on all festive dates and throughout December, with pre-orders for 10+. Just let us know any dietary information – we’re happy to help.
Christmas Eve Lunch
Gather with family and friends ahead of the big day and enjoy relaxed three-course lunch in our restaurant. Each course offers four seasonal choices, bringing together classic flavours and festive favourites. A tradition worth sharing.
£49 for three courses | £42 for two
Children under 12: £25 for two courses (smaller portions)
A £25 deposit is required on all festive dates and throughout December for tables of 6+; for groups of 10+, a pre-order helps us plan with care. The lounge and bar menu will be available throughout the rest of the hotel, with the bar open until 11pm as usual.
Christmas Eve Dinner
Make yourself at home for an evening filled with festive flavours and warm hospitality. Our three-course menu is designed for celebration – from squash agnolotti to roasted guinea fowl, treacle tart and more. Each dish brings together the flavours of the season in style. To close, tea or coffee is served alongside homemade chocolate truffles – a fitting finale to a Christmas evening to remember.
£65 per person | £30 per child under 12 (two-courses). A £25 deposit secures your table. For groups of 10 or more, a pre-order helps us prepare with care.
Christmas Day
Our Christmas Day celebration begins from midday and starts with a glass of Champagne or elderflower fizz with festive nibbles. Then settle in for a memorable three-course Christmas lunch. Choose from Norfolk bronze turkey with all the trimmings, turbot with brown butter and samphire, and other winter favourites. To finish, indulge in desserts – from our classic Christmas pudding to a chai latte brûlée.
Christmas Lunch is £175 per guest, with bookings available between 12pm and 5pm. Dogs are welcome in the lounge or bar – just let us know when booking.
Boxing Day
Boxing Day lunch is served from 12pm – 8pm. The menu brings together comforting favourites and the best of the season – from roast sirloin of beef and pork belly with crackling to a root vegetable wellington, not forgetting indulgent puddings. It’s a day to gather, relax, and celebrate together.
£55 per person, £30 per child under 12 (two courses). A £25 deposit secures your booking; for groups of 10 or more, a pre-order helps us prepare.
New Year’s Day
Begin the new year surrounded by loved ones with a relaxed three-course lunch at The Old Bridge. Our New Year’s Day menu brings together seasonal dishes and comforting favourites, the perfect way to gather and start the year as you mean to go on.

Stay longer by extending your stay to three-nights with an extra night on the 26th. Your extended stay includes an extra dinner and breakfast to enjoy at your own pace.
Prices start from £440 per guest for our two night package. For all Christmas and New Year’s Eve bedroom bookings, full payment is required to confirm the booking, which is non-refundable.

The Bottle Shop
Stock up for the season. Our mixed cases bring great bottles and good cheer to your door, delivered in time for Christmas (order before 11th December). If you are looking for special gifts visit our team in The Bottle Shop who will help you find something special for someone special.
Gift Afternoon Tea
Give the gift of time together with an Afternoon Tea voucher for The Old Bridge. Perfect as a Christmas gift, it includes our homemade scones, delicate sandwiches, and sweet treats served with unlimited tea and coffee. Vouchers are valid for 12 months, giving plenty of time to enjoy a special afternoon together.
Special Stays
Our post Christmas breaks are a great way to wind down after the festivities. Stay with us between 27th – 30th December or 1st – 3rd January at half the usual room rate when you dine in our restaurant. Breakfast is included.
